    Skills in Managing Conflict

    The attached slideshow contains a sample outline of a workshop we ran for managers recently.  The company was aware of some internal conflict and wanted to learn more about the theory of conflict, different approaches to conflict and some ways of managing conflict in the workplace.

    Applications usually ask the applicant at the minimum for your name, phone number, and address. In addition to this applications also ask for previous employment information, educational background, emergency contacts, references, as well as any special skills the applicant might have.

    Sure these advises are very usefull. There are a lot of tips of writing a good CV. It’s well known CV plays a major role in job hunting. As a recruitment manager I pay attention on the following. Covering letter. The applicant points out advantages applicable for the job he applies. And CV itself. I prefer it on one page well constructed.
